You can go to the Citizen's Briefing Book at change.gov and vote for an issue you want delivered to Obama as a top concern. You can also add your own issues or vote down issues you don't consider priorities.

It's going to be very hard for the government to avoid addressing top-rated issues. Currently in the lead:
